Is suppport included

Yes. All Packages that we provide come with a 9-5 (office hour)  phone, chat, and email support. Additionally, for Business and expert package holders, you are able to contact your consultant directly for any problems you are facing. 

Is having the base modules enough?

Having the base modules are sufficient to run small business that do not require much data collection and organisation. However for bigger businesses we do recommend getting the standard or premium package for their more comprehensive modules that can better help boost your businesses productively and sales. 

What does cloud based mean?

Simply put, cloud computing is the delivery of computing services—including servers, storage, databases, networking, software, analytics, and intelligence—over the Internet (“the cloud”) to offer faster innovation, flexible resources, and economies of scale. You typically pay only for cloud services you use, helping you lower your operating costs, run your infrastructure more efficiently, and scale as your business needs change.

Does my Cloud solution integrate with other website apps and tools?

This is currently unavailable for our software, we are working on ways to integrate our software many of the big softwares and services out there, so that our clients can have  a seamless transition to using our software solution.

What happenes when I cancel my subscription?

When you decide to cancel your subscription to our services we will help store the data you have with us for up to 3 months. In this time if you choose to continue with us, we will be able to reinstate your account and you may continue your service. If however you are unable to continue and wish to terminate the subscription, you data will be held for up to 6 months, of which we will then delete the data and it will no longer be reinstated if you wish you join us again. 

Why do I need customers to return back to my store?

Identifying your top spenders and most frequent shoppers helps  build relationships with them. Studies have shown that repeat customers are easier to sell to and usually end up spending more, compared to new ones. Clearly, your regulars are the best types of customers to have, so it’s essential that you recognize and take care of them.
